This piece shows four different beach scenes. The two lower sketches are of children playing in the sand. The two upper sketches show families: the one on the right shows a dad carrying his son while his daughter walks alongside, the one on the left is of a group of people of various ages. This piece is on the reverse side of 0247.

c. 1920: This piece is part of a 9 x 12 inch sketch pad containing pieces that seem to be from around 1920. This piece would be closer to 1930 though because the drawings seem to be from her time in Santa Monica.
